Southern Initiative - Noho Project

The Manurewa Local Board funded The Southern Initiative to run a seven-day noho marae-based transition to work programme. This programme was organised in conjunction with Ngati Tamaoho at Mangatangi Marae and Waikato-Tainui at Waahi Pa, and the programme included an opportunity for participants to meet Kingi Tūheitia and be part of the poukai ceremony.
